Who’s Joan Marie?
Joan Marie Godoy Liere (she/her), aka Joan or Jo, is a passionate leader with over 20 years of experience in social impact across 7 countries. With a background in Clinical Psychology, a Master’s in International Non-Governmental Organizations, and probably too many courses on Project Management and Human-Centered Design, she’s committed to upskilling effective leaders, shaping efficient organizations, and building community everywhere she goes.
Today, she’s mostly known as the CEO of Radical Partners, a social impact accelerator headquartered in Miami, Florida, which mission is to invest in leaders, engage locals, co-create solutions, and build coalitions to strengthen communities. She’s also the leading co-founder of the Miami chapter of Fuckup Nights and a strategic board member to the Women’s Fund of Miami-Dade.
